The Datsun 240Z was stripped down by the customer before it delivery to the workshop. The Datsun had accident damage to the radiator support panel and the inner tower. The Inner skirt also needed work to align. The body shell was setup on the chassis measuring equipment.
The body shell was straightened and pulled into alignment. The doors, bonnet and front guards were also checked for alignment throughout the pulling process. The body shell was completely stripping down further with the underside having stone-guard sprayed like the original factory finish
The Datsun had a few areas of rust that were replaced with reproduction and hand made panels. Sections that could not be filed finished were lead wiped. The body shell was painted inside and out tin the original colour in two pack. The Datsun was assembled by the customer.
